General Anxiety Disorder

When you feel continually anxious for over 6 months, often for several days per week and its affecting your health you should see your doctor and tell them that you are seeking help with hypnotherapy. Doctors call these symptoms General Anxiety Disorder or GAD.

Signs and symptoms of GAD

  • Feeling nervous, irritable or on edge for several days a week
  • Getting thoughts and feelings of danger, panic or doom and gloom
  • Noticing that your heart rate and or your breathing is faster
  • Feeling trembly, weak or tired
  • Finding it difficult to concentrate
  • Having trouble sleeping
