My services are available to adults aged 18 and over and, in some circumstances, to young people aged 16–17.

I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship is built on trust, clarity and mutual respect. Whether you are seeking support with grief, stress, anxiety, functional problems, personal development or professional supervision, I want you to feel informed and confident from the very beginning.
