A Personal Experience
Here are a few words from Linda, and her own experience with stress….
I understand stress as I have been working in healthcare for over 30 years. I’ve also studied stress and anxiety intensely. I’ve observed other people who are stressed in work, and I have experienced it myself.
I admit I’m a bit of a workaholic, but I love my work because I have learnt to control its demands, relax when I need to, and I have the right mindset. I have discovered that sometimes I need to ask for help, and sometimes I just need to say no.
But it wasn’t always this easy. I learnt the hard way because in the past I didn’t ask for help. I just got on with the job.
Many years later I decided to reach out and help others who I could see were stressed through my therapy business. Now I would like to help you.

Hypnotherapy Sessions at My Practice
If you live in or around the Bournemouth area, you may prefer to visit my practice for your hypnotherapy sessions.
I provide a safe, relaxing and calm environment where we can start to overcome your anxiety. The practice is easy to find, and there is plenty of free parking available, as well as being on local bus routes.

Online hypnotherapy is worth considering, especially if you find it hard to travel or live outside of the Bournemouth area. I have been trained in the provision of online hypnotherapy and have clients from around the world. Providing you have access to a private internet connection and web cam, there is no reason why this wouldn’t work for you.

Self Hypnosis Audio Recordings
You may wish to try one of my professionally produced self hypnosis audio recordings. They are specifically developed to address the problems you are facing. While they are no substitute for one to one sessions with a qualified hypnotherapist, they may help you to become better able to cope with your problems. They are also useful when used in support of one to one sessions.
Delivered in the MP3 format, the recordings can be played on modern smart devices such as phones and tablets. This provides the opportunity to listen to them at a time and place of your choosing.
